To resize photo and images we use offline programs such as Irfan view and to edit we use computer programs and some of online editor. And now I have found some of online tools specially for photo resizing and optimizing.
You can resize images dimension and pixel sizes. You can optimize image size for blog postings.
Most of these online services are free and does not need registration.

(1) Rsizr
It is very fast and free online image resizer. Just upload a photo from your computer and choose picture quality and save it to your computer again.

(2) Quickthumbnail
You can upload image from your computer or get it from any URL. This program provides some good options as resize by percentage, resize by fixed sizes, resize by standard size for desktop

resolution. You can apply filter and add watermark on your images.

(3) Webresizer
It is another good image resize tool. You can reduce image size crop photos, change their width and heights, adding borders etc. Max image file size is 5MB.

(4) Resizeyourimage
After uploading your photo use arrows to crop the picture and buttons to set dimensions and resize it. After resize you can save optimized image in jpg, png and gif format.

(5) Onlineimageresize
This is also simple. To save image after resizing right click on image save to your computer.

(6) Image-resizer
To resize an image select it from your computer, set its width and heights, image quality, rotation, flip etc. You can add text also in your image and set text properties. After setting your properties you can upload image to resize it.

(7) Resize2mail
Upload your picture set available properties and resize it, after resize you can save image by clicking to download or just right click by mouse to save as image.

(8) Shrinkpictures
Upload your picture set dimensions provided by program or you can set custom dimension. You can apply effects also. You can choose picture quality.

(9) Picresize
You can resize a single image or multi image at a time. To resize more than one image at a time you can select multiple images. But first you have to make a choice single image or multi image. In single image option you get custom options to set for image width, heights, effects and image extension.

(10)Reshade
Reshade provides both free and premium services. With a free account zoom is limited to 2x and maximum resolution is 1920x1200px. You can choose an image to resize from a URL or form hard drive. You can sign up to save your resized pictures online.

(11) Online-image-resize
This is an interesting tool, choose your photo and set desired width in pixels and upload it. After uploading your image will be shown in various sizes on a single page you can save them in your PC.

(12)Image-tools
You can upload GIF, JPG or PNG file. This tools is very useful for various image resizing, you can resize image for your Avatar for messengers, avatars for forums, fixed resizing etc.

(13) Cutmypic
Upload your image, cut and customize it, and save it or email it.

(14) Imageoptimizer
It is simple tool. Just choose your image, select your quality, and select your image dimension. You can download an offline version of this program that is much faster than online.

(15) Ezyimageresizer
You can easily resize more than one image at a time with this program. Select the destination where you will save your images after resizing and select images that you want to resize. Set the picture quality in percent.

(16) Resizr
Resize image by uploading or from a URL. You can install a Firefox add-on also.

(17) Imageutils
This is another simple and easy image resize. Maximum file size is 10MB.

(18) Resizepic
Upload your picture from computer

and manually set the width and height of image. You can resize animated gif also.

Web analytic is necessary for your blog or website. To measure your visitors you must need. There are so many tools to analyze your visitor stats. It helps you to set your advertising rates. There are many types of web analytic tool. Some tools you can use without paying and some of you have to pay. There are many packages also you can choose to your needs. Some tools works remotely and some you have to implement in your blog or website. Some analytic tools are based on log files. To get the statistics of daily or monthly visits and page views.

Analytics is most famous analytics software or program and it is 100% free for any website. If you are using this then you do not have to buy any commercial program for web analytics solution.

Woopra is real time web tracking and analysis tool. But this is not online so you have to download and install it. It is free but I do not know if completely. Free version is for website that is getting less than 30 K monthly page views.

Sitemeter
You can use sitemeter basic for your needs. It is free but you can upgrade it. It shows from where your visitors are coming and where they are going from your website.

Histats
It is also 100% free, you can get detailed statistics of 20K visits. You can use hidden tracker so visitors won’t be able to see it.

W3counter
It is also free and easy to understand statistics of your site. It provides real-time statistics. If you get daily up to 5K page views, you can use it freely, for more page views you have to go pro.

Statcounter
It is also an invisible tracker. It is free for 250,000 monthly page views.

Mochibot
It is free at this time, but can add premium services in future. To see statistics you need adobe slash payer installed in your browser.

Getclicky
This is also free but if your site is getting more than 200K page views daily you should contact them before registering.

Extremetracking
As they say it is completely free, you can track visits and page views by hours, day, week and month.

Gostats
Free service is very good; if you want you can go for pro for more detailed statistics.

Ritecounter
It is also free; there is no pro account so that is very good. Still you can get good statistics about your sites and visitors.

Onestatfree
It is also free; they have professional web analytic service also. With free account you can get to know visits and page views, who visited your site, popular pages. You can get analytics hours, days, weeks, months, quarters and years they are particularly active, and this is all password protected.

Ewebcounter
You can get free statistics in real-time. It is free for 150,000 monthly page views.

Feedburner
Feedburner is now a service of Google, it is also free as above mentioned Google analytics, it is used for feed delivery to your inbox, but it also provides some analytics.

Ewebanalytics
It is also free but there is no mention of pro plans, so I can’t say how much they give free of cost. But you can get unique visitors, returning visitors, pageviews, conversions, referrers, keywords, bounce rates, traffic history, average click-paths, entrance pages, exit pages, browsers, origins, and much more in real-time.

Alexa
Alexa is remote analysis tool, so you do not have to install any code in your site. But you can get your website rank, bounce rate, page views, search rates, keywords etc.

Compete
Compete also tracks your site remotely and you do not have to install and code, however now you can install a code in your site, to get that code you have to login in compete. They provide pro services so you cannot get detailed statistics about site without pro they also provides ranking of your site as Alexa does. And most important it tracks only US visitors.

Comscore
Comscore is also free but it does not give so many statistics for your site, it shows you US visitors but you can your visitors from all other counties even cities.

Piwik
Piwik is an open source and Google Analytics alternative, but you have to install it on your own server.

Jawstats
It is also free and open source, and you can install it on your own server. To use it you have to install Awstats . You can get it here.

Tracewatch
It is also free, and provides real-time statistics.

Crawltrack
It is also free and you have to install it on your server to use it. It shows you 404 error and hacking attempts also.

Quate Grape
It is also open source. So you have to install it on your server.

Snoop
There is no mention of free or chargeable but should be free, you can download and install it on your computer (Mac and Windows). To use this service you have create an account.

ou work hard to promote your blog and you get good traffic and good revenue. But what if your server goes down for one hour where your blog is hosted? It is also free and alerts you via email or SMS.

(7) Host-tracker
It is a pure website uptime monitoring site.

(8) Siteprobe
This service is free for first 90 days after it will cost 1$/month for every hour checking of your sites p or down time.

(9) Free-backup
I think this service is completely free for web monitoring.

(10) Uptimeparty
It is server monitoring service, for one server it is free if you have more than one server it will cost you.

(11) Serviceuptime
It is a free website monitoring service; it will notify you when your website goes down.

(12) Basicstate
It is also a free website uptime monitoring site.
